The Homburg is an elegant hat that takes its name from the city of Bad Homburg in Germany, where it has been produced since 1880. It is a soft felt hat with a small folded brim and decorated with grosgrain ribbon. Its characteristic feature is a depression in the middle of the head. Homburg was especially popularized by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill and the cult classic of cinema, "The Godfather". Homburg was also popular with the gentlemen of the interwar period.
Made of 100% wool felt.
Adorned with a 4cm wide grosgrain tape.
Inside finished with an eco-leather sweatband and a white satin lining.
