Returns and Exchanges Policy
§1 The costs of returning the goods in the event of a return or exchange shall be covered by the Buyer/Ordering Party.
§2 Goods made to individual order are not returnable.
§3 Custom-made goods are headgear that is not available in a specific color or size in the store.
§4 The Buyer wishing to make a return should return the goods undamaged within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
§5 The buyer should attach the withdrawal form and the receipt or a copy thereof to the return package.
§6 Parcels ordered on a VAT invoice are non-refundable.
§7 In the case of exchange of goods, the Buyer covers only the costs of sending the package back.

§9 The exchange form, please print, fill out and attach the REPLACEMENT FORM to the returned product
§10 We do not accept returns and exchanges sent to us on delivery. We send any return payments by traditional transfer or quick payments (paypal, tpay)
§11 We do not accept parcels sent to a parcel locker. The return package must be sent to the correct address (see §8)
§12 If the return is not accepted (damaged goods, lack of goods, purchase for a company, return after the deadline), the goods are stored for up to 3 months. The buyer has the right to pick up an unaccepted return at the place of return or arrange for a shipment at his own expense.
§13 A traditional return transfer to a bank account is possible only for traditional and cash-on-delivery payments. When paying by payu or paypal, the Buyer will receive a refund sent through the listed payment platforms.
